Case Summary:

We represented auto safety advocates Ralph Hoar & Associates in a successful Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration regarding videotapes of crash tests showing that the popular Chrysler minivan is unsafe. As a result of the lawsuit, NHTSA released the videotapes, which received enormous coverage in the national news media and demonstrated the serious safety risks posed to owners of the minivan.
