Case Summary:

We represented Pennsylvania humane agents, in conjunction with the Fund for Animals, in several lawsuits to enjoin "pigeon shoots" on the grounds that they violate the anti-cruelty code. As a result of a unanimous ruling we obtained from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court concerning the Hegins pigeon shoot in Hegins, Pennsylvania, that event has been permanently canceled
