Case Summary:
We represented Consumers Union in a Freedom of Information Act suit against the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration concerning the safety of several popular sport utility vehicles manufactured by Suzuki and Isuzu. After filing the case and pursuing discovery, we obtained hundreds of pages of documents that the agency had previously refused to release.
