ASPCA v. Department of Agriculture, Civ. No. 01-2628 (D.D.C.)
Case Summary:
We represented the ASPCA, Fund for Animals, and Animal Welfare Institute in a case challenging the US Department of Agriculture's failure to release records concerning numerous incidents of elephant mistreatment by Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey circus. As a result of the lawsuit, hundreds of pages of records were released.
